These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and use of services at Ascottablesuites, 15 Park Lane, London W1K 1LB, United Kingdom.

Bookings and Payments

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
• A valid payment card may be required to secure your booking.
• Rates are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled check-in to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the first night stay.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct and Property

• Guests must respect other guests, staff, and hotel property at all times.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
• Any damage caused to hotel property may result in charges.

Pets

• Pets are permitted only in selected room categories and by prior arrangement.
• Service animals are accepted in accordance with applicable law.

Casino Access and Responsible Gambling

• Minimum age for casino access is 18+ in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
• Valid photo ID is required for casino entry.
• Gambling should remain a form of entertainment; support is available at begambleaware.org and gamstop.co.uk.

Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
